These terms cover your use of daycarepromotions.com and our text messages. Daycare Promotions is a trading name of The Safety Strap Frivåg-Hansen, a sole proprietorship registered in Norway (org. 927196301). Contact: [email protected].

Our website

The site describes our marketing service for childcare centers and lets you fill in a short survey and book a free strategy call. Filling in the survey or booking a call does not commit you to buy anything. If you become a client, the service, price and trial are set out in a separate written agreement, and that agreement wins over anything on this site.

Text messages (SMS terms)

Program: Daycare Promotions texts for childcare center owners.
What we send: if you tick the first consent box, booking links after you fill in our survey, confirmations and reminders for calls you book, and replies to messages you send us. If you tick the second box, also occasional marketing texts, such as enrollment tips and offers.
Consent: we only text you if you ticked a consent box on our survey or booking form, or texted us first. Each box is optional. Consent is optional and is not a condition of buying anything.
Frequency: message frequency varies: usually a few texts around each call you book, and no more than a few marketing texts a month.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP to any text to stop all texts. We send one message to confirm, then no more. Reply START to opt back in.
Help: reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We never share or sell your mobile number or your text consent. See our Privacy Policy.

Information on this site

Figures on this site, such as tuition and enrollment numbers, are examples to explain how our service works. They are not a promise of a specific result for your center.

Liability

We provide the website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, unless the law where you live gives you a right to rely on your local law.

Changes

If we change these terms we update the date at the top of this page.
